It is our priority to satisfy our customers, however, our online stock availability changes on a daily basis. We process and ship our orders within 24 hours from the time an order is placed (during the business week). If a certain item is not available at the time of ordering, we will notify you. If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, we will ship a partial order.

Our site is completely secure and you should have no concerns with it's safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection. Also, we have never or will ever share any of the contact information your provide us. Any and all of your personal information is guarded and will only be used to contact you in regards to your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCards, American Express and Discover payments all through PayPal.

Returns

Baard Kolstad Official Webstore will accept returns on any product that is unused and unworn. You must contact us about your return within 48 hours from the time you receive your shipment. All returns are to be shipped back “insured” by customer within 10 calendar days of receiving the goods. No exceptions can be made. Baard Kolstad Official Webstore will refund you the total amount of items returned, not including shipping. Shipping charges will be refunded only if wrong merchandise was received by our error.

International Custom Duties

International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Baard Kolstad Official Webstore. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

Shipping Information

We ship all our products worldwide. All products are shipped from Oslo, Norway, and should be expected at your destination within 10-14 business days.
